==== 2.  Topics covered ====

Gary comments on the **upcoming XRTC annual meeting**. \\
As a reminder, there will be an **adjacent meeting on test infrastructure planning**, on Wednesday 23. Agenda: talk about the new motherboard and upcoming DUT boards; finish to shape the requirements and maybe even starting the schematic capture.

Regarding **test infrastructure**, latest news are from JPL, as it seems they are willing to make the first USD15k commitment for the motherboard. I.e., we can kick-off the schematic capture and layout.
Scott comments about SEAKR support: no news yet, but it will be considered for next calendar year.
Gary comments that the new owners of STS (EMS company) are committed to make XRTC boards available as standard products. Have suggested to them that a DUT card should cost in the order of USD10k. Still, a critical mass of people is needed to build in batch series.

Regarding **recent and upcoming tests**, Steve and Kevin have recently tested both primitives: MGTs and DSPs, DUT: V-7-690T, using Xilinx' eval. board VC709.

Gary comments on recent news from **Virtex-7 dynamic campaign data analysis**:
- Bill Howe (Raytheon) has recently processed the BRAM data from UC Davis proton tests, and currently starting to extract out SEFI numbers.
- Kevin and Kyle Robinson (Boeing) currently iterating on the MMCM/PLL data processing.

(round-table comments from this point onwards)

David comments that would like to show results on his recent **US+ heavy-ion testing**, at the annual meeting.

Jim: preparing an idea for presenting at the annual meeting; topic to be confirmed after talking with Dan.

Kevin: Will probably present about the recent MMCM/PLL analysis, at the annual meeting.

Mike comments his group's updates.
Recently developed an adapter for JCM, able to run five separate JTAG chains at once; useful for fault injection.
The SelectMap JCM is working really well right now, will talk about this at the annual meeting.
**Upcoming neutron tests** at the end of August, at LANSCE: MGT mitigation testing.
